Abstract
Tuberculous spondylitis still occur frequently in modern society. Anterior debridement and strut bone graft as surgical treatment of tuberculous spondylitis is universal, but complications such as absorption, displacement, fracture, subsidence and kyphotic deformity have been as a disadvantage. We present a case that partial interbody fusion was performed but grafted bone was nonunion in a patient underwent anterior debridement and strut bone graft 8 years ago.
